MUSIC

The Chancel Choir leads worship at the 11:00am Traditional service and is led by the Director of Music, Gianna Gimenez.

We are a fun group of singers, high school age and up, with diverse musical backgrounds. We come together to serve God in worship by sharing our gifts and making music that is greater than the sum of its parts by the grace of the Holy Spirit!

We rehearse on Wednesdays at 7:00 pm in the choir room. If you would like to sing with us, please email giannagimenez@graceumchsv.org. We'd love to have you!

We are a group of eager and engaged musicians and singers, high school
age and up, who bring our diverse musical backgrounds and tastes to
contemporary worship songs in the hopes of connecting our congregation
to Christ through music. Our band typically consists of acoustic and
electric guitars, keyboards, drums, and bass.

We welcome and encourage new members, and we offer flexible scheduling. The band rehearses on Thursdays at 6:00 pm in the sanctuary.

The Cantata Choir is comprised of the Chancel Choir plus other members of the congregation and community who join us just for this short commitment.

The GraceFull Singers is a Music & Drama group for youth and children in 1st - 8th grades.

We do two musicals a year (April and December), based on Biblical themes. No experience is required; all members of the group are a part of the chorus, and also may audition for a speaking part. Everyone who auditions for a speaking part will get at least one line.

We enjoy getting in costume, singing and dancing and acting our way through the greatest stories of the Bible. We have a band that accompanies our performances, which are followed by a church-wide potluck.

Bells of Grace is an intergenerational group of musicians ringing fun and worshipful music on 3+ octaves of Schulmerich handbells and Malmark handchimes. 

We use exciting techniques to ring challenging music for worship, area handbell festivals, special programs, and community events.

Bells of Grace provides wonderful opportunities to work together to create beautiful music, and we welcome ringers of all ages and skill levels at any time!
