Friendship
Studying God’s Word together in a spirit of friendship and service.
Who We Are
The Friendship Class is made up of senior members of our congregation who value connection, conversation, and growing in faith together. As our name reflects, friendship is at the heart of who we are.
We are a welcoming and close-knit group, and we always enjoy having visitors come check us out as a potential class. Anyone is welcome.
What You’ll Find Here
You’ll find a supportive group that enjoys studying Scripture, sharing life together, and encouraging one another in faith. Our class is rooted in friendship, service, and a shared commitment to growing in Christ.
We warmly welcome visitors and would love for you to join us.
Class Format
Our class is led by volunteer teachers who rotate throughout the year. This shared leadership approach brings a variety of perspectives and encourages engaging, thoughtful discussion.
All material is covered during class under the guidance of the volunteer teacher, so no outside preparation is required.
As a special tradition, after completing a study, we take a Sunday to pause — sharing breakfast and catching up on one another’s lives before beginning something new.
Curriculum
Our studies are often drawn from Amplify resources. While participants are welcome to explore the materials more in-depth during the week, no advance preparation is required. With a consistent group of about 8–10 members each Sunday, our class fosters meaningful conversation, practical application, and steady spiritual growth together.
Missions & Service
We actively participate in the ongoing activities and ministries of the church. Some of our members regularly volunteer at the church Thrift Store.
In addition, we take up a collection each Sunday and use those funds to support various church projects and needs. Serving together is an important expression of our faith and friendship.
